   One member of staff in particular is very abrupt, rude, hisses her teeth. I had a return and she made it a very difficult transaction. Anyone would think the return came out of her pay !

   Walked in on a Saturday morning and was assisted with a faulty product I had purchased by VON. Von was on it, her customer service, product knowledge, her whole persona was 10/10! Just what is needed in this day and age. She went above and beyond that day and I hope she took on my advice to join a more prominent and worthy establishment because she deserves more than Argos.

   There must have been a change of staff since or maybe the rude staff (from other reviews) weren't working today. I had a great experience with the staff, they were chatty, positive and kind. This Argos were very Covid-aware and stuck to the rules of social distancing and on top of this service was pretty fast. Just so everyone is aware their contact less is not working so hand sanitiser your bank card after if needs must.

   Probably the slowest Argos I’ve used, and I’ve used many across the country. Under staffed, and take too long with each customer. Was waiting for 10 mins with only 3 people in front of me. Productivity needs to be prioritised.
