Sadly they dont deal with fuses or anything around it here but the mechanic was really helpful and stepped out his way to try and help me. Took 5-10 minutes to go through the problem and try navigate the issue. Didnt ask for anything in return, was just happy to help me. Thanks again for the last minute help.”

“Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.”

“Nothing but praise for the Guys down at GSF car parts, firstly let’s talk about Harry! Such a knowledgeable, kind, and respectful person. I needed a Battery for my car, straight forward you would think? Nope, specialist battery on the X5 and I didn’t have the first clue! Harry was patient while I took numbers and measurements from the existing one, didn’t rush me at all and got me the best battery for my budget, I cannot thank Harry and his lovely team enough, from advice to the store experience, when I collected it, if you are unsure if a part will fit give them a call as they know their stuff and won’t rip you off! Car starts perfect Thankyou Harry and the staff at GSF Wolverhampton, your the best!”

“I went to another and was ignored for fifteen minutes before being approached on my way out. I came to EHW. Straight away was met by Kelvin with a friendly but non obtrusive approach. Over the period of our engagement I met with Shiv and Omar. It has been a very good experience, helpful, honest and in the end, success! We're now waiting for delivery of our new vehicle. Thanks guys, thanks EHW!”
