   I bought and paid for an unlocked rear dif. I'm then called to be told I ordered wrong part it should be a locking dif... so they send me there correct part .. yep you guessed it it was wrong the part I ordered was correct .. so have to again wait for correct part to come .. delivered direct to garage as car in pieces due to being sent wrong part . Garage fit correct diff to then hear it's making alot of noise and no good ... ok equicar yes thanks for the refund on the broken part but what about the labour bill I now have to pay due to your sending me a broken diff.. dire service with the rudest woman on the phone imaginable.. Absolutely disgusting service... 0 stars with a bloody do not use warning attached..

   We buy alot of used parts, and it's often a game of roulette where quailty and service is concerend! but i'm please to say these guys are brilliant, and we shall be using them going forward. TNT lost the orignal item, but Equicar just posted me another without quibble, and sorted the mess out with TNT on thier end, and this was a £300 part! Great service guys.
