“Was having trouble with the wiper blades on my car as they had stopped working during torrential rain. Halfords was no help so ended up here as it was a sunday so everywhere was closed. Sadly they dont deal with fuses or anything around it here but the mechanic was really helpful and stepped out his way to try and help me. Took 5-10 minutes to go through the problem and try navigate the issue. Didnt ask for anything in return, was just happy to help me. Thanks again for the last minute help.”

“Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.”

“What these guys don't know about subarus, isn't worth knowing. Their advice, knowledge and workmanship is 5 * I had new discs, pads and front calipers and the rears refurbished. I've been again and had a rear wheel bearing, gator and my exhaust welded. Simply put, I would go anywhere else now !!!! Can't thank Shaun and Ivan enough. Cheers guys.”

“Came across this garage 3 weeks ago for my turbo. They fixed my turbo and whilst doing so found that the car had additional issues, they didn’t have to fix them as that wasn’t the problem but they did! Not only did they do that. They didn’t charge me labour and help cater to me covering payment cost, absolutely fantastic Fast forward a couple weeks after. Another problem emerged where I was stuck miles away from home and they recovered my car at an astonishingly good cost considering the distance. Look, they look after have looked after me and I’ve seen them look after their other customers in shop also. They’ve shown me the issues at hand with my car beforehand rather than just telling me tales, it’s clear that they have a big thing on integrity and trust.
