   Chose to come here after reading the reviews and even their replies to some of the negative ones. I was reassured it would be a professional company to go to. I booked my tinted windows in for the 10th March thinking it fell on a Saturday (was actually the Friday!). Trying to be proactive I called on Friday to discuss options if tinting and was made aware I'd missed my booking. Fortunately they had space today, the day after to get me in and I was further informed of the tinting and the legal limits etc. Dropped the car off, within 2 hours I had the rear windows tinted limo black in my BMW 3 series and the sun strip on the car. One thing to note is I didn't book the sun strip with it as I wanted to check on tinting front windows. After a conversation at the desk, I decided to add the strip when I took the car in. Knowing this was added work for them, no issue was made of it. Comparing prices to other companies, the lifetime guarantee of the Premium Plus tint was very competitive to others along with no charge on choice of shading of tint. Thoroughly pleased with the service offered throughout, from booking online, to calling, being at the desk, and the product. Just waiting a few weeks for it to cure now before it's actually the final product but reassured if there are any issues after that, to come in and they'll sort it. In sure all will be good based on my experience. Hoping to purchase more services from these guys in the future. Thanks again!

   I called in a few weeks ago for a repair on an alloy, the chap that spoke to me was telling me the cost until the phone rang . He then started dealing with the person on the phone. I stood there like a lemon for good five minutes then I just simply left .as I was disappointed with the service.

   I have used Smart car for years and have never let me down. More recently i had paint correction and protection applied to my black Skoda superb as it had some swirl marks from polish cloths and a few light scratches and just wanted put back to new ( or as good as ) . Ash, as always, advised on the best option for the remaining time that i have the car ( i change my cars a lot lol ) and all i can say is .... WOW! It looked brand new !! its only 3 years old anyway but regardless it look showroom ready again !!! Thanks guys as always and will always continue to use you. Trustworthy , excellent workmanship and if you love your car then they will take care of it. :-)
