I bought a LUK clutch from them, which is not suitable for my car, now to fix everything I have to buy a new clutch and pay for the same job. They sell bad parts, manufactured who knows where

I needed some bolts to match some old ones on a classic car, I saw Arnold Clark advertising the very ones on their website. I travelled for an hour to the Wolverhampton branch only to be told they dont sell them there and to contact the bilston branch. I phoned the bilston branch on the 2nd of September and ordered the bolts, they said they would be a couple of days and they would phone me when they are in. Up to the 8th of September I had heard nothing, I tried phoning but nobody answers, I sent two emails and got no reply, I even sent a message on their Facebook page. I emailed someone higher up and actually got a reply saying they would be in on Thursday 9th September and I would get a call. Again I heard nothing on the Thursday Friday and Saturday. Monday 13th i phoned them again and they still weren't in.. Later on the 13th (11 days after ordering them) i got a call saying they had 'just landed' I drove for an hour to the bilston branch, and they were in, but totally the wrong bolts, nothing at all like the ones on the website. I would not recommend this whole outfit to anyone. One star is too much.
Very helpful. Easy enough to call and just drop-in to get a battery or oil. If I've ever needed anything for my car or any family members car these guys have what I need 90% of the time and the prices are good and competitive. Well worth giving a call.
