   1* is far to generous… customer service absolutely shocking unprofessional sales women on the front desk thought is was acceptable to eye-roll and comment (mimed) to her colleagues that a returning customer is “he's back again”. Yes that customer was my husband, unfortunately for her I clocked this very poor customer service. Called her out on this poor behaviour and her response “it was only a joke”. Oh really who was laughing? Because I didn’t find it funny. Oh of course internal joke amongst you and your colleagues? More like you got caught being unprofessional in a shop full of no doubt returning customers?? What’s funny about the situation? The fact that you sell poor aftermarket parts that don’t actually fit the cars. This is not the first time we have had this issue with parts from Car spares distributions ltd, Cooper street. Maybe if they sold the correct car parts he wouldn’t have to return numerous times. They are given the number plate, sell car parts that don’t fit vehicles. They have you waiting around. And literally you have to demand a refund for a part/parts that is no use to you. This issue is for them to take up with their suppliers. Not trying to make it the customer’s problem. After the initial rudeness from the sales women. Advice to customers pay the extra and go directly to dealers. Customer service professional and the actual car parts needed rather than aftermarket poorly made parts. The saying is true you get what you pay for!!

   Brought a lambda sensor from here due to my moms car mis firing and that's what fault code said. Fitted. Misfire still there. Took to A H Automotive who diagnosed as lambda sensor and fitted a new Bosch one. Problem fixed. Just been to return one supplied. They implied that it wasn't the one they sold me. Said it had never been fitted. Can't give refund unless invoice for new part supplied is provided. Customer service was terrible. After kicking off I eventually got a refund without the return of my original receipt as they said I can't have it back which I'm sure is illegal. Disgrace. Won't ever go back there and I'm In the trade ! Stay away if you want a guarantee. The receipt even said no quibble warranty !

   I came much earlier than opening time, still they didn't let me to wait, the employee was a real gentleman and invited me inside, he served me as soon as the computer system started. They just won me as a long term client. I am really grateful for that good will gesture, it really matters in this mad world we live in!
