   I came across this garage during an absolute emergency when my brakes failed. Four other local garages wouldn’t even take a look once I explained the brakes had gone, but this team stepped in straight away and told me to come up immediately. I was extremely stressed by the time I arrived, but the staff were calm, reassuring, and identified the problem quickly and whilst I was still there. They called me a taxi home and made sure I was ok! Communication throughout was great : we spoke by phone and email, and I always received prompt and patient answers to all my (probably excessive!) questions about what had happened. Timelines were communicated clearly and I knew what to expect and when. I collected my car today, was shown the faulty part, and given a clear explanation of the repair. Later that evening, I even received a courtesy call to check everything was running smoothly. Great service from start to finish.

   Fantastic service! I completely forgot about my MOT but they managed to fit me in the very next morning. It was all done within about 40 minutes. The staff were really friendly and helpful, explained the advisories clearly and even advised me when to take care of them and where to go. Great price too, highly recommend this garage!

   I highly recommend this garage, very friendly, always happy to give advice, and not pushy at all. My MOT sneaked up on me they had me tested and back on the road in by lunch time with a full service to boot. Great price and service, I wish every garage was like this one!

   I needed an mot for my car & had had a couple of bad experiences in years past from garages & as I drove past this one on way to work decided to give them a try & i must say from initial phone call to receiving my mot it was the best customer service I had received in a long time, being a woman not many garages look out for them but I was relieved & offered a seat & a drink straight away which I found great . Will be using for my winter service, give this place a try you won't be disappointed

   Came across this garage a few weeks back, always the time where you think you’ll never need to visit a garage then the inevitable happens. About to head to London the other day, warning lights came up on my Mazda 6, no turbo, etc … Called these guys at short notice, advised me to pop down and pop the car on a computer. Had my wife and 9 month old son in the car, made minimal noise and very respectful whilst carrying out checks. Erased the fault, but advised me to go back to where I had purchased the car and claim back the cost of repairs through them. Handed me an invoice at no cost, with a few bits of advice on the way. Would happily recommend SR Autocentre, these guys actually care for your car(s), would definitely be returning for when the car needs any future work. EDIT : Took car down to SR yesterday (16/06), for a routine service. Car runs sweet as a nut, kept me informed throughout. The Wife went down to collect the car with our son, the owner is an absolute gentleman. Escorted my wife and son to where the car was parked to ensure they were okay. A small gesture but really do go above and beyond. Many, Many Thanks SR Autocentre, see you around 100,000 miles!
