   My daughter's car was delivered to premier by the RAC following a breakdown. The problem was ascertained and I was assure it would be done "within a couple of days max". After 4 days they informed me that the part they'd ordered off eBay had been supplied with the wrong bolts and that you couldn't get the bolts needed anymore. Also that they couldn't use the old ones as they were "damaged", they failed to mention that someone (not a mechanic) had used a grinder to cut the bolt off rather than attempting to loosen it another way. So, yes the bolt was damaged. By them. We had to source the bolts ourselves from a main dealership literally 2 miles from the garage ourselves, as they told us they were unable to get any. Unfortunately, the dealership sold us the incorrect sized bolts, adding more wasted time onto the repair of the car. The vital mechanical knowledge is severely lacking at Premier, as is the ability to order parts. The communication is very poor to say the least and after 2 whole weeks of them having my daughter's car, it has left a very bad impression. We would NOT recommend Premier to anyone as you cannot trust them to be reliable.

   Worked on my Audi Q7 twice now. Time has taken longer than anticipated to get sorted but thats been down to suppliers , reasonably priced and all work carried out was of quality standard. Would recommend.

   Best garage in the area, took my MX5 here and the work they completed was outstanding, they're honest about what needs doing and what would be nice and their aftercare is second to none. Would recommend and will definitely be using for future needs.

   Took my car for a MOT. Unfortunately it failed. The guys at Premier kept hold of the car, fixed the issue and retested quickly for me. Got me back up and running. Excellent honest service, good communication and great value. Highly recommended.
