   Some lovely items but trying to shop in there in the summer when they have no air conditioning or fans is horrendous. I don’t know how the staff cope. We went today in the middle of a heat wave and had to leave as it was just too hot a stifling to shop comfortably.

   the store was neat and the people on shop floor were working very hard but the woman on the till was VILE shes very unpleasant and wasnt happy when i brought an item to the till that didnt have a code and said that she couldnt be bothered to move to help us??? also gave her my matalan card and she just complained about me having a physical card and when she handed it back she practically threw it at me. not impressed and will be going to other branches from now on due to her horrific behaviour.

   I am a disabled person who does a lot of shopping delivered to post office or instore as I can't get to my door in time, went to collect and yes i get its almost Xmas but who wants to stand in a que of 20 people returning items?? At a few minutes each that's way over an hour! Surely they should have a better system for collect in store items! Never again for me I'll shop elswhere

   Convenient and well priced. Large variety on show. Only down fall is changing rooms are dirty with dusty floors (big clumps of dust everywhere) and curtains falling down so it makes you paranoid when people walk past.
