   I’ve recently started ordering stock for our projects from TP Willenhall, and Derek has been my absolute go-to person. Let me start by saying — because of Derek, it would be very hard for me to go anywhere else. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have been outstanding. No matter how specific or last-minute my requests are, he always makes things happen. Even when visiting the branch, Derek’s positive attitude and friendly nature make every interaction a pleasure. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. I’ve dealt with many suppliers over the years, but Derek is by far the best. Organising materials for multiple projects can be stressful, but having Derek’s support has made a world of difference. I truly couldn’t be more grateful for all his help — he’s been amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much, Derek, for everything you do. I’m really looking forward to working with you on many more projects!

   It’s a shame for those lads in the yard, bosses obviously have no concern for their mental health or general well being. They freeze all day in minus conditions with no heat source whatsoever, no break from the cold. Breaks my heart. I’ve witnessed managers talking to them in the most disgusting way. Can’t fault the lads they try hard but I can say this company are inhumane no care for their employees, in this day and age that’s disgusting. I won’t be buying from here again. they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not recommend

   Went in for a bit of timber for myself and to obtain credit account forms for company I'm the buyer for, one yard lad confirmed I needed to be served first, but after waiting in a near empty yard and not being ingaged by any of the staff I decided my time would be better spent at tippers up the road, disappointing service

   I called into Travis this morning for a underground drainage fitting. TP don't stock the part, but the member of staff I spoke to took the time to find a specialist supplier locally who could get one for me within a couple of days. First rate service.
