   The fitting of my kitchen went extremely well as Colin was able to co-ordinate the electrician and plasterers to fit in with his schedule. His work on the cabinets was very professional. The whole kitchen was fitted in five days. There was a leek under the sink but he came in the day after I informed him and dealt with it straight away.

He took great care to ensure that everything planned would meet my requirements and followed that through into the work and completion.    We are very happy with the work which was done. Howdens unfortunately messed up on the order but in the end this didn’t delay the work. They also did a gate, some slabs, fixed a shower and built a step. I would happily recommend them

   Issues upon issues. Where to start... Our hopes was to have the old council bathroom ripped out and replaced with a nicely designed new wide opening shower cubicle and fittings. We gave the team a rough brief on the colour scheme and design features, but left it open for the team to fill in the gap. This may off been a mistake on our part. The bathroom was finished, and definitely new, but not exactly what we wanted. The team left large holes in the walls where the old fittings were ripped out and wasn't filled with plaster, the old tiles on one wall wasn't removed just covered over with a tile panel, the towel wall radiator, the shower cubicle access door and the outside waste water hook-up was the worst parts. We now have to employ someone else to rectify these issues as all C J Property Services desired was immediate payment. The only nice fittings was the wash basin and tap. After reporting the large holes to C J Property Services, the guy reluctantly returned and filled the larger holes, but expressed full payment thereafter.

Arranged to purchase and have delivered items required and kept me informed of delivery dates/times etc Organised to complete work out of normal hours and arrived on time on each occasion I had 2 jobs scheduled with CJ Properties and they did not fail to impress with both. The courtesy and standards offered far exceeded my expectations I have another job waiting to be priced with them and would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone looking for competitively priced and high quality workmanship

   C J property services have done many jobs from adjusting, fixing, building to decorating within my home the past couple of years. Adding new plug sockets throughout the home for convenience Adjusting the kitchen, to accommodate for a fridge freezer that did not originally have room for Decorating throughout the whole home from painting to wallpapering Fixing and putting new parts on leaking sinks and toilet. Removing a gas fitted fire/fire place, turning the gas off and fitting and installing a new modern fire/fireplace Fixing TV brackets on walls and putting the TV's up Building flat pack furniture - wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedroom furniture No task is too small and it is always finished to a high standard. In every aspect they go above and beyond to completing a task. Highly recommend their services. Genuine and professional customer service throughout.
