   I was recommended to this store by a relative as the service they give him was brilliant and he advised me your treated like a family member and the trust was brilliant. When I arrived there was a manager and a colleague who provided me with assistance and they where absolutely brilliant and not only did I pay and pick up what I wanted with their help I also managed to place an online order for the first time! I’m coming back to buy some Xmas gifts for a few fellow labourers, awesome service highly recommended.

   Outstanding customer service from George at toolstation Wednesfield, well mannered and very professional service, i told that we purchased 2 ip44 security lights on Monday and they worked out very well, and check if they had any more in stock i check Thursday out of stock, so I booked a collection for 3 more from Stafford business park Telford, when my son returned they had 2 ip44 and 1 ip65/8?? Which i didn't ask for, so I made a special journey to Wednesfield and George could not understand why they did this, he then checked his stock and had 2 available and exchanged the unit and replied so for the inconvenience caused. 5 star service thank you George have a great new year 2024.

   I recently visited the Toolstation in Wednesfield to collect some DIY items I had ordered online from their vast selection of products. The staff were quick to serve me and I was I impressed with the ease of the whole 'Click & Collect' experience. They offered good value for money and I was able to save some money compared to other stores. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Toolstation in Wednesfield and I will definitely be returning for my future DIY needs.    *Beware "I ordered door handle on friday online and paid by paypal. and they texted me on saturday morning 7a.m item is ready to collect. Some personal reason i couldn't collect item by monday morning but Monday morning when i went there to collect the item. they said item was collected the person was asking me "is someone collect item on your behalf" i said its me only my wife cant drive and my 6 year old sone cant collect without me. The finally he gave me the item. He said next time i cant give u like that. Worst ever company blaming customer. They should check there end probably staff nicked it. Screwfix is much better atleast they check id before they give click and collect item.
