   Was not a fan of big stores when it came to D.I.Y stores always shopped at local shop.But then I discovered my local Tool station store.. Since then no looking back. The store in Walsall amazing staff and great advice, very professional. Always helpful. Credit to the company. Wishing all Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

   Absolutely abysmal customer service. The whole team needs the sack including Joanne and Adrian - if tool station area managers are happy with this, they won’t have a profitable store for long.

   My go to hardware store for DIY. Quality stock at reasonable prices. Customer service is top tier always! Gentleman named Adrian is a pro - bring him your problem and he’ll find you a solution, literally. No need to go anywhere else.

   Went in yesterday for insulation for front and back doors are strip had worn away and letting in that cold winter air. I was served by Adrian....i werent sure which product i needed but he suggested an alternative with cling film...filler and olive oil. Lol sounds crazy but did the trick! Thanks Adrian!! Very helpful and funny guy! I only write reviews when i think staff have gone above and beyond...he couldve sold me anything knowing it wouldnt work but didnt, appreciate that!

   Easy access shop, disabled friendly. Parking can be restricted when its busy but normally good. Staff are friendly and efficient. Stock levels are pretty dependable and pricing is competitive. Recent online orders are unavailable due to local telephone exchange being down. Very good shop though. Still covid partitions at checkout. Masks are customers own choice. Online orders are working.

   I have been using this store since it has opened. Genuinely can say it has been a positive experience through! Staff are very welcoming and are happy to help. Adrian and Liam have been life savers. Especially when I have needed advice and equipment. Very open and honest! Recently had a oil radiator fail whilst renovating the house. It wasn't just exchanged but they even went as far to say what it would be better for me upgrade it and use a better one. I was grateful for this.
