   Can't rely on them for hiring equipment. Ordered online about a week before I needed it. Didnt hear anything for a few days. Called 3 times, first 2 times no one knew what was happening and couldnt get hold of anyone who did. The final time, on the day I was supposed to receive it, they said it should have been delivered the day before, but if it wasnt delivered then I wouldnt be getting it. So basically, if you use them, you wont get any information or confirmation. Then you may get what you need, it may be on a different day, or you may not get it. But you wont find out until mid way though the day you actually needed it.

   overpriced. They tried negotiating prices and when informing the till lady that the items I wanted were cheaper and that I’d like to buy what I came for. I was told their products were better quality wouldn’t listen when you explained twice I don’t want to buy the other products I can look elsewhere. I understand its a business but the way they behave to customers that aren’t builders or contractors is awful. Colleagues whispering in front if you for no reason. You’re told to check the back yourself for items and some workers have no clue about stock or sizes

   Got here at 7.30 am and left within 10 minutes. I wanted sand, cement and some tools. It was loaded into the boot for me . Great service this early in the day. Prices and stock is good. Staff were excellent .

   2 stars for good customer service in the past. BUT. Why does the website and the sign outside the shop say the stores open saturday 8am-12pm? A few times now ive looked at the times and got there and the stores closed. Today again got there and the store was closed and stood outside and it says your open online. Very inconvenient.
