   Avoid this place.went to get item.told me price.i said its 50% cheaper online .they said we do not care.but how csn you justify the price difference. Please do your research before you buy because they will exploit you.i went to caldmore hardware up the road and got same price as online.just proves that they were trying to sell it at a overinflated price if they could get away with it. Total greed. Think the general public are stupid. Probly cannot get away with the tradesman who knows what the prices should be.

   I bought decking lights from here and they were less than 0.5 watt, I was not a tradesman or electrician so little did I know about the technical side of this until I showed the item to my electrition for install who then told me what they had sold me. I returned to the retailer within 24 hours to return them and I was greeted by the upmost horrible attitude. They refused to refund so this matter is now going through trading standards as I’m within my consumers rights to have a refund- these are my statuary rights. They have a very typical attitude All for £40 this business wants to go through the legal matter.

   ***** AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ****** Absolutely shocking attitude, bought plaster boards and other hardware things from them. The quality was dangerously low and unsafe, they didn’t meet UK safety standards and when I went back to inform them and get a refund the man behind counter was angry and unwilling to help, he was threatening me with violence if I didn’t leave the shop, and would not refund the amount I paid nor would he take the items back. I’d advise any potential buyer to avoid this shop and go elsewhere, they smile and be happy when they take your money but if you need to go back for a refund or have issues with your purchase they get angry and threaten you with violence ****** AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ******

   Just came in to purchase a few cloths, sandpaper and the service was amazing! My only regret is that I had purchased paint from a major store but when I had seen the prices in this store, I was amazed at how cheap they were! But now I know, il know where to come for diy goods next time. PS great unbiased advice from the young man who works there! Thanks again!
