    Felt the need to complement the staff for the excellent service I received today. I don't usually work in the area and after trying a good half a dozen other merchants and being appalled at the ignorance and attitude of the majority of staff I came across I decided to travel a little further and see if Travis Perkins at Wellingborough could help. The atmosphere in there was a breath of fresh air compared to everywhere else I'd been and Bradley was superb. I was served instantly, not ignored by all staff lurking behind the counter like other merchants! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly use them in the future when working in the area.

    Lovely staff, very helpful except one delivery guy that is always complaining that he can’t do his job. We ordered many times and he came 3 times and we had to show him how to do his job. Last time we send him back and ask a refund because he’s attitude is absolutely unbelievable. We’ve got photos and videos that he has enough space to deliver but he said he can’t do it… there is no space… and stuffs like that

    Had to get some wood. Ordered online and went to pick it up an hour later. You go into the shop and show the confirmation email, chap gives you a bit of paper and you then go out and walk down to the warehouse area. Show the bit of paper to another chap who then gets it for you. Simples. Chaps in warehouse are very cool and friendly.
