   The gentlemen at the front desk was incredibly helpful to us this morning, furthmore the gent who cut the wood to fit our boot was also so helpful to us. Really impressed with the service and quality. Highly recommend, especially if you're nervous and haven't been before whilst doing a house reno.

   Very poor service. Scheduled delivery didn't turn up, various excuses made. H&S issues referenced as a predictable explanation however, no substance to them as they have delivered much more awarkward loads to site in the past. Very disappointed inparticular as they emailed me eventually to say delivery was 15 mins away.

   Tried to charge me £45 for a box of nails… same in toolstation are £26.98 with no account. See screenshot from toolstation. This branch is not helpful or competitive on price.

   First the woman called Lauren took the wrong order, had the goods delivered and turn up to be wrong. Then i have been advised by Paul that the refund will go back to my card and so far after two weeks no refund. I had to go back to ask again for the refund where the same guy said that i would have to come back to get my refund. On top of that they charged me £15 for a delivery which they haven't refunded.
