    Be careful with this company! Any money paid to Howdens belongs not to them, but instead the trade account holder, who, as in our case walked off with nearly £9000 of our money, and there's nothing we can do about it! Howdens did everything they could to protect the cowboy builder, as he's their client!

    Absolutely awful customer service here. The branch sold us a sink incorrectly (no waste unit, no clips) - this meant we wasted money getting a plumber out. I spoke to branch manager Stephen who admitted guilt on their side and yet didn’t want to make any concessions their side, not even a discount on any future purchases. Embarrassing that a national company like this takes zero responsibility for their actions, will not be using them again.

The driver who delivered my stuff was also awesome, helped me carry two 3m worktops to 1st floor flat round some tricky stairs and doors
