Wanted a quality sofa bed for a newly built room. Martins had just what was needed, with a choice of mattress depths. Fabrics had a wide variety to choose from. 10-12 week wait. Was ready to delivered in 10. Kept up to date with the progress. Very happy with the service we have had from Martin's yet again.

Shop local. Shop with satisfaction. I'm based in Letchworth and needed to purchase a new double bed, matress and headboard. I already bought a couple of items of furniture from Martins in the past, before the company changed hands. The Letchworth store staff were great - polite and helpful. I managed to chose the items I required and at a cost that was reasonable. Yes, it was cheaper elsewhere online but if I have an issue, I want to be able to get the customer support that is only 'down the road from me'. Pricing was still decent. Delivery was arranged and the date and time-frame was honoured. Two nice members of staff lifted all the items into the house with care and assembled the whole thing in the room, taking away the packaging too. It's been a couple of weeks now but the bed, matress,etc are fantastic. Would shop again at Martins for sure. Thanks to all.
Great service as always from Letchworth branch. Two lovely guys delivered my item and took it upstairs for me. Even took their shoes off first!! (Without me requesting them to do so)
Very helpful and efficient service with excellent delivery communication. Our wardrobe was carefully assembled at our home by a most pleasant team.
Top class service from start to finish. Helped me find a specific item of furniture to match an existing suite and delivered it earlier than expected. The delivery team kept me informed of when they'd be arriving and took the item to the spot I wanted, as prearranged. Can't fault these guys and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
Having hurt my back and needing a new mattress to help, I foolishly decided to buy a firm mattress from a well known online manufacturer. However, when it eventually turned up (at a time completely different to when they said they would!) It was softer than a bean bag with only 2 beans in.!! I decided then to visit Martins and the experience could not have been more different. They had plenty of mattresses in their showroom for me to try out, combined with very helpful sales staff and they delivered it the next day as they said they would and even telephoned 30 mins beforehand so that I was ready for them. If you are thinking of buying a bed or furniture I would highly recommend you go to Martins where good old fashioned customer service is alive and well.
Excellent service all round. Delivery guys gave me a one hour delivery slot beforehand which was very helpful. Very polite guys and my sofa was assembled perfectly. A happy customer. Good to see Martin's Furniture back!
