   Purchased a kitchen with all appliances from them and within a short space of time the fridge stops working, from the first call until now I have been fobbed off with excuses and poor service including an engineer ordering parts before he has even visited to find out the fault. Customer service were equally poor agreeing to call back in a time frame which they failed to meet. Overall POOR service all round, quick enough to make the sale and take my money but not interested when their product fails.

   We got quotes and designs from a number of the high street kitchen places as well as a couple of bespoke designers. Jasmine from Howdens was really helpful and had some great ideas for the design and understood what we were trying to achieve. Because we needed some building work like electrics and gas pipes moved we decided to go for Howdens as most other places would only do a dry install. The quote was competitive and Howdens went out of their way to help our builder get the job done. As with these things, there were difficulties and parts that we didn't consider and we also changed the plan a little mid build, but they got any additional items delivered straight away. Their service was outstanding and the kitchen looks amazing. I cant fault them. Our Thanks to Jasmine and Devon from Howdens for all your help during quite a testing install. You are an asset to your business.

   Spent ages choosing kitchen and then when details were sent to our builder half the stuff is missing. It was a huge decision to have it done and now I’m just gutted. Check every detail.
