   I found the perfect desks and cabinets for our new office on 4R Office. Paul was very attentive throughout the ordering process and gave great advice when making decisions. He managed to arrange super fast delivery at the busiest time of the year, even with the added pressure of postal strikes. When I decided to change one item, he had the replacement there the next day. Such a better experience than dealing with big brand retailers who don't prioritise anyone. Will definitely work with 4R Office again.

   Poor experience: seller summarily cancelled completed order after payment was taken, alleging a "price discrepancy". There was none - order was completed and paid at advertised (and discounted) price on website. Seller also claimed not being able to send to a "Home" address due to delivery signature requirement. Their system accepted an inputted "Home" address and, even if true, no opportunity to amend delivery address, instead just cancelled order. Challenged seller to honour paid order but they denied there was a contract.
