All the staff are really helpful. Em, bodies and jenny are always ridiculously helpful and nice and chirpy in the mornings. It wakes me up more than a coffee in the morning. Well deserving of a raise if you ask me

I went to Screwfix today and left without buying what I wanted. No instructions where to queue for what . Only two man working on reception as far as I could see. After half an hour waiting I gave up and have decided to order from Amazon. This outlet needs to get its act together if it wants to attract and retain customers. I won't be going back there, and I see a previous customer complained about how slow it was as well.
Please look for another Manager, that woman at Gladstone Road is not a Manager. Very rude and unprofessional.
Excellent service, slightly different choosing items from a tablet instead of the good old fashioned catalogue but it was still a decent shopping experience. Certainly no nonsense service. Really appreciated.
Quick search facilities on their online search. Ordering was pretty easy once you have registered. The store has a large parking area, and well designed Covid conscious pickup facilities. The pickup itself was quick and faultless. A quick price comparison with Amazon is necessary as sometimes item is cheaper in one or the other. Well done for a good overall experience.
