   1 Star Review for Beyond PEV – Order #66111 Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered an RfN Rally Pro 2026 motorbike from Beyond PEV after the website stated it was in stock with 1–2 days delivery. After a week with no communication whatsoever, we called customer service and were met with excuses — apparently, the delay was the manufacturer’s fault. After several follow-ups and unanswered emails, Peter from Beyond PEV finally admitted he had no idea when the bike would be available but said he might know more in two weeks’ time. We told him that wasn’t acceptable and that we’d cancel the order if he couldn’t provide a delivery date. Only then did he offer alternative products, admitting he couldn’t actually get the bike we’d ordered — even though the money had already been taken. We requested a refund, and Peter promised it would be processed within three days. Over a week later, still nothing. When we chased again, he tried to blame Shopify, saying the delay was out of his control. After contacting Shopify ourselves, we discovered that Beyond PEV was responsible for processing the refund, not Shopify. Once we confronted Peter with this, the refund magically appeared the same day — meaning they’d been holding our money for over three weeks. The customer service was awful, communication was non-existent, and the excuses were endless. Do not use this company. They take your money immediately, provide no updates, and only act when pressured.

   I'm an expert in customer journey and user experience. I don't often write reviews, unless my journey as a buyer was exceptional. Politeness, responsiveness, transparency and efficiency perfectly describe the experience I just had with my first purchase (from Belgium). I highly recommend them, their product selection is premium and the prices are excellent. Don't look elsewhere... My order could have been picked up tomorrow because of the delay, but no, it was done today, minutes before closing. I feel like I have total control over the status of my order and I got clear information almost instantly. Sign up before you buy, you'll get a 5% discount.

   Pro's: First off, next day delivery is just amazing so kudos to BE for that service. My scooter was faulty, they sent TNT pretty quick to pick it up after a few phone calls and gave me option of a full refund/exhange so that's good. I got a discount code because of being a keyworker so that was nice. The Guys replied quickly on whatsapp too. Con's: Sent me the wrong colour scooter which is pretty amateurish but hey all black looked pretty good in the end. They sent me a European 2 pin plug with charger again amateurish. I rang them up day1 about it, they said we'll send correct one with goodies for the 2 mistakes but they didn't! Overall I would recommend BE but customer service could be improved upon going forward guys. Regards Tom.

   Bought a D5+ 2 last week. I can highly recommend. Great product. Even better than expected. Also i can highly recommend beyond scooters. Great customer service. above and beyond if you'll excuse the pun . Would definitely use them again. May go back for another model at some point.
