   I bought my current bicycle here about three years ago and am still happily riding it! I have been in many times since for maintennance and repairs and have always had a good job done by the friendly and professional staff here. On my most recent visit for new tyres, break blocks and some adjustments, the staff were all extremely helpful and I was very impressed by the quality of the work and customer service of Ben who helped me on this occasion. I would highly recommended this business.

   I highly recommend this shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Luke assisted me and left a great impression of the shop. I had my tyres inflated and the wire on my bike secured properly. Excellent service. Once again, I highly recommend!

   Brought daughters bike from here… 1st time looking inside and there was plenty to choose from. Staff was nice. I was shocked that we had to buy and come back as didn’t realise they have a bike checked before cycling off on it.

   Bad, incompetent staff. Sorry for what i’m writing but its the truth.about the staff i ask wich parts is better and he told me he doesn’t know and asked me like i work there but not him he works there but doesnt know which part is better .I think the Bicycle is made of Chinese rice.I buy new bicycle on November and in 2 months i come two times to repair it, the quality of the bike is really bad,horrible..

   Popped in as my bike's brakes were non-existent and was worried it would be expensive but after a quick chat and inspection with the bike engineer (sadly didn't ask for his name) came away 5 minutes later with amazing brakes costing nothing - he advised they just needed adjusting. Very happy and definitely recommend Cycle King.

   Good selection of bikes however a lot of the accessories look like they've been on the Shelves since the 90s with thick layers of Dust so not a very clean store. Customer Service was good. Their bike repair Services were also good.

   Absolutely brilliant service from Richard and Shane today when I purchased my first bike! I rang up yesterday for some advice and came to look at some bikes today not expecting to leave with one! Richard was extremely knowledgable and friendly and was able to help me when coming to a decision with what bike was best suited to me. I left with my new bike feeling so happy and managed to take it for a ride with no issues. Thank you Richard!
