    Horrible customer service! The minute me and my brother had split up from our mum to go and have a look around, we were being spied on by a staff member for no reason. As we explored, a particular basketball caught our eyes and we went to have a look. I picked it up and, as any customer who goes in-store to find something would, I tested it, but not unconventionally or inappropriately, just 2 bounces. I then noticed that the ball seemed to be rather grippy, which is when I also spotted that it was an indoor/outdoor ball, so I decided to try and hold it in one hand, and the event that followed would cost me dearly, I dropped the ball... It's the worst thing that someone has ever done in that shop, I'm sure! which is why the staff member who'd been spying on us, rather than doing her job, decided to shout at us. Now, perhaps it could've looked worse than it was in retrospect, but then, upon trying to explain myself, I was met with "No, I watched you!", well of course this hadn't been new news to me, but it seemed as if she believed it. I tried once again, only to be met with the same response. I decided to give up and instead try and ask for a price check, if she'd give me the courtesy of speaking at the crime scene that had unfolded. Luckily, I didn't get cut off this time, but I was met with a miserable "You have to go to the till" in an agitated tone. Even after I said ok, giving up on this shop, she felt the need to get her colleague in on the action and second her statement, which of course, was completely unnecessary. Not to mention, I've been multiple times and have had no issues getting a price check from staff dotted around in the past. As if by magic, my mum suddenly appeared and we walked to the exit. Between us and the woman, was a large rack of clothes which we had to walk to the other end of to get the exit, but when we did reach the end, the woman had miraculously switched position, conveniently to where she would get a better view of us, and if my suspicion wasn't concrete enough, she was also giving us a death stare which was quite intimidating, considering I hadn't done anything wrong apart from a minor mishap that shouldn't have caused her the trouble that she made it out to have. Don't visit if you prefer not to be treated like a mischievous preschool pupil for simply being a customer.

    I just wanted to say how amazing Leon is I think that was his name Every time I’ve dealt with him, he’s gone above and beyond to help me. He’s professional, friendly, and makes everything so easy. You can tell Leon really cares about doing a great job. Plus, he’s got an absolutely brilliant mullet honestly, best haircut I’ve seen in customer service! It just adds to his awesome vibe and makes the whole experience even better.

    Poor customer service, Went to shop around 4.30/5pm I approached two staff members (female and male) asking for a shoe size they both ignored me , i asked again and the guy responded with a bit of frustration that all the shoes out there is what we have. I walked away to look for some sketcher sandals could not find them i went back to them and asked if they have sketches they both turned around and said we dont have sketchers and the female pointed at an isle that i had no clue where it was located saying that pair is all we have. I was confused and then guy started saying there pointing instead of them showing me and helping me it seems like they where both more focused on sorting out or arranging some boxes. They where not very helpful, felt intimidated by them and they where not very pleasent or welcoming.

    Appalling service. Although the lady in the shop who served me was both frieny and helpful the till service was dreadful. It may ha e escaped the notice of the young ladies on the tills but when a customer presents themselves with goods and card they are meant to stop talking to each other or in one case blowing up foofballs and serve them. I don't like bad service and left the goods at the till. Returned home and purchased what I wanted online, and at a better price. At least my visit wasn't waisted, I know the size I want! Maybe they need telling that their jobs depend on serving customers...... .

    They said changing rooms, but there is only one…and this only one was filthy as you can see from the pictures…there are very few mirrors across the shop so you can’t really try anything on. I would personally try to avoid moving forward.

    Basically a dungeon; underground, no air con, way too hot (even in autumn) but fair quality goods Get socks here every few months perfect for that
