This is the sort of place that makes you think “if they don’t have it, it’s probably doesn’t exist.” Really an extensive selection of hardware and paint, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
This is a great little place which stocks everything I've ever needed and at great prices too. Helpful staff who will answer your questions, if any. So lucky having it nearby.
So lucky to have a shop like this in the area. The amount they stock and customer service is second to none. Not sure why you would want to go to B&Q or Screwfix. No catalogues or searching, just ask them for what you need. It’s a real shame there aren’t more shops like this.
I went into the shop for the first time this morning after searching for my nearest hardware store. I'm not a fan of chains and prefer local businesses. They were lovely made me feel at ease and were friendly and efficient. They knew exactly what I wanted and managed to get what I needed. Thank you so much
A corner shop in the traditional mould, serving a great, diverse community. Easy to spot by the assorted goods on display outside, with an absolute Aladdin's Cave trove of assorted 'things you never knew you needed' inside. We only wanted some tape and string, but would definitely return for a new ladder and bucket...a community treasure! Returned recently and the paint and decorating store is part of the family too. Great service we thought...
It maybe an age thing but I loved this shop and staff. They are so helpful and the old style of just buying what you need at extremely competitive prices bring a warm glow to my heart.
Huge range of goods on offer, at excellent prices. Its a great shop, with informative friendly staff. Unlike the big DIY shops you don't have to buy a pack of 20 when you only need one! Called in to get some keys cut recently, at a fraction of the cost of some other places, and landed up buying some great bedding plants, great shop
