His attention to every detail was amazing, from choosing tiles, grout, edging to making sure that we had the best deal, and that prices were all correct.    Staff are more interested in their weekend chat and hardly notice you are there. Store is a bit shabby and could do with a tidy up - as it's not possible to reply to the reply *may I add - 'its not how I feel' it was FACT - completely ignored whilst in the store looking for tiles to fit out our new bathrooms X2 and ensuite - was it because I was pushing my newborn about I may have looked like a tire kicker? Well money has now been spent in two other stores and orders placed.. I hope whatever their chat was about was worth a loss of custom and a non returning customer
