   I’ve spent a lot of money with these guys and they are happy to sell stuff and take money. I tried to take an expensive item back and they refused because the box was damaged. I told them the item wasn’t up to standard and they refused to take it back. I won’t spend another penny with them and trust me I’m taking it to social media to warn people of these shady people!

   Ordered a Clarke CL300M lathe at the Swansea Machine Mart Shop on 08/05/25, great service at the shop, a pleasure to deal with. Lathe has arrived today 12/05/25, its well packaged and the delivery driver was helpful and polite. I look forward to setting up and using the machine.

   Website crashes at the checkout. Happened twice to me. Sorry but that’s fatal if you expect me to be a happy customer who gives you an exaggerated positive review. Its the 21st century! Get your IT sorted!! Or lose customers.

   What terrible service! No eye contact from staff when obviously seeking assistance, needed to buy a display model as no other available for a month. Never experienced an outlet that does not wish to sell their products before. Said it could be bought and then gave every excuse under the sun as to why we should not buy it. Bottom line, couldn't be bothered to dismantle it, then tried selling smaller versions that were no comparison. What an appalling experience.

   Went to view the range of log burners and wasn't disappointed. Quite a few on display a range of prices and sizes plus accessories. The staff were super helpful as well. Easy access and a nice sized car park all made it a good experience.

   The store is very accessible and well organized. The staff whom I contacted by telephone the day before my visit were most helpful during this initial call. Upon visiting the same friendly, informed and again accommodating members of staff, including a young woman staff member and the store manager made it their dedicated business to help, advise and support. This was my first experience of the store but I shall return to invest further amounts of my children's inheritance in Machine Mart Morriston's mouth watering equipment!
