Great variety of products. One of the better stocked stores in the area, in my opinion.

I like this B&M staff are friendly and helpful, generally well stocked shop, and it does have a garden centre. on several occasions they have gone above and beyond allowing my disabled partner to use non customer accessible *staff toilets* when needed in emergency situations and avoided embarrassing moments because of this is rated 5*

Visited this store on Thursday evening and had a few questions regarding gardening items. Alex went out of his way to help me. Carried things to the till to help me. I must say he went above and beyond to help. An asset to the company. I hope he does well and climbs the latter.

B&M Baglan- this one star is not a reflection on the store itself but one member of staff. The supervisor on shift tonight 26/08/2025 8.50pm long brown hair tied up wearing sunglasses... Spoke to another member of staff in a very derogatory and undermining manner. As the other member of staff was not British this came across as very racist and absolutely rude. No need to treat colleagues like she did and especially in front of customers. When we asked to speak to a manager to complain about how she treated the member of staff she was the highest on shift. There is a huge issue if B&M supports this way of communicating between staff members, bullying and racism. Poor Hasan? We think his name was as she was picking on him and be littling him in front of others. Awful behaviour, very disappointing

This is a large branch of B&M. It is unusual in that it has a large outdoor garden centre. Bought a range of bedding plants for the garden at reasonable prices. Plants look healthy and vigorous, unlike some I have seen in other stores - see pictures.

This store has really gone down in my life xperience. Caught a bus here to buy a DVD player which online was a good offer. Tried all ways to see if it was available before going. No option to check stock online and when calling the store just got an automated service, with no option to be put through to the store. When in the store they didn't have the DVD player I wanted or the cheap HDMI lead. I asked staff in store where it was available and they were clueless and didn't even offer to help or check stock in any other stores. Overall wasted £4.50 on a bus ticket and 2 hours of my time!

Lovely large store. Fully stocked up. Friendly helpful staff. Always large ques but they do go down quite quickly. Plenty of space in car park. Easy to locate. Close to other stores also.

Nice spacious store with a wide variety to choose from, and at very reasonable prices. Separate garden area with umbrellas provided for rain or shade from sun. Friendly, helpful staff. Could be improved by adding air conditioning for rising summer temperatures.
