Called the number. While there was no answer initially, I was called back shortly after, which is a rarity these days. Arranged to take a look at my washing machine the next day. The machine wouldn't drain and I was unable to access the drain pump from the front. Fixed it quickly, at a low cost. Very pleased with the service and will 100% use him again.
