   Excellent service from start to finish. As soon as quires was made we were called back to be told what was in stock. Are fridge freezer at to be replaced. Didn't have to wait for a prompt delivery and installation. Two gentlemen brought it in and took care putting the new one in and taking the old one out. The man who done the integrated doors was brilliant and took pride in is work as did the other gentlemen. Would use this company and service again. Highly recommended.

   AVOID. These are the suppliers for my letting agent and I arranged for a weekday afternoon delivery of which they changed to a morning one because I apparently didn’t “confirm” it, despite A. Not being asked to and B. It was me who asked for an afternoon delivery and it was them who confirmed it back to me. I have now taken the afternoon off of work for absolutely nothing and they don’t deliver at the weekend so I will be required to take more time off work for the next delivery “attempt”. The two female staff are so rude to you on the phone, speaking over you when you are explaining the situation, insisting it wasn’t a mistake on their behalf and all of which was accompanied with repeated loud sighs and not one apology. Clearly not a day has been spent doing customer service training at Enterprise 2000.
