   We recently bought a new sofa from NCF Living and have a really pleasant experience. We visited the store quite a few times to test out the sofa and check for colours, and spoke to Jon each time we went. He was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The service we received from Jon from start to finish was top notch. Would highly recommend NCF living and Jon!

   I bought a sofa for my mum here — the sofa itself is great quality, no complaints about that, and the store was fine. But the delivery service was terrible. I paid a lot for delivery, assembly, and insurance, but the delivery guys refused to bring the sofa into the living room, even though my house is totally standard size. They said it could only be brought in if we took the window out (!) — which obviously wasn’t possible in cold rainy weather. So they just left the sofa in my kitchen, unassembled, and that’s it. No help, no refund. Be careful — if you buy a large sofa, they might just leave it wherever it’s easiest for them. Really poor service.

   Bought bed package in clearance sale having first seen it approximately 9 months previous at full price. Less than half price. Dealt with jonny over the phone as I work away. Been delivered and set up. Very happy with jonny professionalism. Would highly recommend.

   A great team at the Swansea store, both Jon & Sue were very helpful, Sue was very extra efficient whist Jon was a great communicator and sales person, although we only wanted a chair! we came away with a sofa as well…… they used great delivery guys who are very professional, they were excellent will use them again .The area manager was there on the day of purchasing, I hope he realises what great staff he has, thank you ..

   My mother ordered a table 2 weeks later after it didn’t arrive we had to go to the store as no phone number exists we were told it was out of stock so we cancelled the order only to be told there would be a 25%admin fee ! We laughed at this as it was completely out of our control that the table was out of stock, we were then told that they can’t process a refund at the store … 3 weeks later we are still waiting it’s been 5 weeks since our order we are told there’s a delay every time we email them so we have had to contact trading standards to get this sorted… before you buy in store read trust pilot reviews we will never shop there again and will warn everyone we know to stay well clear

   Anya was helpful and knowledgeable as we chose our furniture. She assisted us with a friendly and amiable manner, giving advice and guiding us through the process. Approachable and friendly. A++ Chris assisted with the sale, and the organising of delivery. Another helpful and knowledgeable member of staff whose demeanour and experience made the process easy and clear. A++ NCF Living comes highly recommended if you need any furniture. The team impressed me greatly.
