Great service from start to finish. Greg assisted us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a three piece sofa set and bed and very happy with both. Will be returning and recommending.
After going to many other furniture shops I found the right sofa here. The price was reasonable, the sofa comfortable and just a few days for delivery. I'm a big believer in online shopping, but for a sofa you have to try it out. Delivery turned up when they said and the guys got it in and assembled it without any problem. I've already been back and bought again, as I didn't see the point in going anywhere else.
Fantastic experience. Beautifully taken care of. Gent found us a fantastic mattress very knowledgeable and clearly cares about customers and the store. A bit of chatting and found out he's been with the company 34 years! What an achievement and clearly a compliment to the owners who look after their staff. My son is so pleased with his new bed it's so comfy I now want my own new mattress. Great prices if your on a budget. Will be back to get some furniture to compliment his new bed. Thanks again

Ordered lots of sofas and beds over the years and overall been happy with everything I've purchased and ive travelled to the Swansea store in llansamlet -- I've always been happy with the quality of the items I've purchased -- I'm based in port Talbot so it a shame my local store wasn't a bigger shop just like the one in llansamlet to save travelling as I don't drive

I am not happy with service I choose two matters but that's not available in stock they said you can book it's coming in next week but for savesaid we give you two weeks time same time delivery will be late it's not available on after two weeks I contact again and they replied you can check the invoice there is four weeks waiting time after four weeks still not available and after five weeks I received SMS it's arrived so do not book or believe. If needed itam available and good price buy it don't book it.happy days
I am moving 4 hours from home, and stumbled across this very beautiful furniture store. We were greeted by a lovely man called Greg, who was nothing but exceptionally helpful. He left me to see what I preferred, without hassling me. I ended up buying the most comfortable mattress (x2), beautiful head board, base and a double glass wardrobe. The prices were also very competitive. Thank you Greg for being so helpful, attentive and patient with me. Highly recommend this store.
Brought a bed frame waited 8weeks to arrive.it was delivered today by 2 absolutely amazing guys so helpful and polite I’d give them10 stars but they couldn’t put bed together as headboard didn’t have the fittings also the bed didn’t have any of the feet and its a storage bed that was ordered as a left side opening but came as right side opening instead so they advised me to contact the store and they would to to inform the manager of problems. what a nightmare my husband spoke to Greg who was just plain unhelpful, rude and condescending didn’t want to except that there were any issues we asked for a refund he told us to bring a super king size bed back to store then he would refund us!!!he totally denied the bed came as a left side opening although we had a telephone call 2weeks ago to confirm this and also have it in black and white on our receipt,which Greg told us we do not ???? We asked to speak to manager but he said there isn’t one he is the assistant manager of 35years???!!!! No problem has been resolved told we will be called back later today????
