    Visited today very helpful staff at counter ,was dealt with by 2 people then had to go to timber yard where a very polite and helpful young man cut the timber to exact measurements and carried it to my car.     Due to Covid, most stock is fetched by staff, though you can browse paint. Prices are generally par for the course, sometimes cheaper, sometimes a little more than, say, Screwfix or Selco. I'd rather my money stayed local, though. They are good for timber and paving

    Amazing service from start to finish. Rang to check delivery would be OK person was thorough. Delivery arrived and the guy was great allowing my son to have a look at the lorry and even giving him the tip we give him as wages for helping him with thumbs ups!     I like Exall and Jones. When I go there the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that the last time I went to place an order, they couldn't give me a delivery date. So I had to go elsewhere. This was the second time it's happened.....
