βA Westbury institution. A treasure trove of hardware, DIY, tools, cleaning products and pet food. An old-school independent business.β

βI recently visited the Screwfix store in Frome and was fortunate to be served by Lacey. From the moment I walked in, her professionalism and customer service stood out. I wasnβt entirely sure what product I needed, but Lacey took the time to understand my requirements and, thanks to her knowledge and attentiveness, swiftly recommended exactly what I was after. What really impressed me was how she went above and beyond; not only did she help me find the right product, but she also updated my account details on the system and provided a membership card, making the whole experience seamless and personal. Lacey is a true asset to the Screwfix team. She represents the brand with excellence, and her dedication to customer satisfaction deserves to be recognised. I hope this feedback reaches her superiors so they can see the incredible job sheβs doing!β

βA proper old school hardware shop. If you need it they probably have it. They also probably have something you didn't know you needed! Super helpful and cheery staff. Give them a try before B&Q and Screwfix.β

βGreat place for all your DIY and Trade needs.β
βI went to this store for the first time recently. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's so nice to have some banter and it makes me want to go back there in future. It's a bit like Argos where you chose out of the catalogue the product you want, write the number down. Hand over the paper and pay for the item and wait for it to be picked. Suggestion: Check the catalogue to see if it says "next day". This means you can pay for it but they will order it for you to collect the next day. They may not have all the items in stock on that day but this is covered by the catalogue. Love going there, now I know it's there I'll definitely be a returning customer. Quicker than getting to B & Q for me.β
βLove the vapour hut, brilliant staff and good quality merchandise. Excellent home delivery service tooβ
βFantastic place to go to for all your D-i-Y essentials - some materials and all the tools you could ever wish for. Click and collect could not be simpler. The counter staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.β
βBrilliant customer service. My partner went and visited, as she didn't know what blade was needed for my friends angle grinder. We are using it to cut large paving stones. Hannah and Lee were brilliant, finding which ones were best suited for the job, and most importantly in stock. She had brought the angle grinder with her to the shop, so could compare. Lee even fitted the new blade. Which was great and highly unexpected. Exceptional service from both. Would highly recommend!β
βAwesome place-now my favourite shop to get tools and DIY stuff. Very helpful staff and I haven't (yet) encountered a problem where something has been out of stock. Staff are happy to get parts so you can compare them with old ones and no problems if you buy 30 parts and end up taking 29 of them back. Prices are very competitive. Parking at this branch is a little limited, but from the signage it seems you can also use the row of spaces outside the garage around the back of the shop.β
βToolstation Bath is a reliable stop for all things DIY and trade-related. The staff are helpful and efficient ,always ready to assist with product advice or quick collections. Ordering online for in-store pickup is smooth and often ready within minutes. The branch is well-organised, with good stock levels and clear pricing. Itβs a no-fuss, practical shop thatβs perfect whether youβre a tradesperson or just tackling a project at home.β
