Great service at Toolstation Frome. I turned up quite close to closing time and received good, detailed and comprehensively accurate advice regarding a Yale deadlock that I needed to replace an old one. Pleased to say that I have fitted the product and it works perfectly. Thanks again.

Brilliant customer service. My partner went and visited, as she didn't know what blade was needed for my friends angle grinder. We are using it to cut large paving stones. Hannah and Lee were brilliant, finding which ones were best suited for the job, and most importantly in stock. She had brought the angle grinder with her to the shop, so could compare. Lee even fitted the new blade. Which was great and highly unexpected. Exceptional service from both. Would highly recommend!
Place is cheaper than most but customer service is shocking! A young girl who works there went out of her way to be rude and abrupt to me for no apparent reason. I was waiting for my turn while she was dealing with another customer who was searching for something in the catalogue for 10 min, fiddling with her phone. Then she went to collect the copper pipes he ordered and banged them on the counter right in front of me, hitting me in the face. No apology, nothing! When I finally get to the desk, give her the account number and said I'm collecting stuff she replays "is not here yet, it needs to go around the world first you know!" And she made me wait for 15min! I will never go there again, I was told, people who work there are rude, but I didn't believe it till I went there myself.
Brilliant service from Max at Toolstation Frome. I had a tightfitting, which needed light several bulbs re fitting which was complicated. Not only did Max source the bulbs he showed me how to fit them. Thank you so much Max - You saved me £40 and you went above and beyond customer service !!
Absolutely fantastic. The lady who served us was friendly and helpful. All we needed was something small. Picked up some leaflets with some bargains in. Store is clean and tidy. Not much parking but customers don't stay long so not really a problem.
They didn't have the trousers I needed which was disappointing but the Lee, the lady who served me, was so helpful and friendly it was really a nice experience. Excellent service!
Today i waited 10 mins for the manager to finish his conversation about his holiday with some bloke at the front door, whilst his single staff member struggled with a complex refund situation. He then went to help his staff, then proceeded to move along the counter only to pick up and continue his conversation with his mate. I would love to say this is my first bad experience there, but its EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have a suspicion they are misogynists. Anyway - go to Screwfix on the other side of town - much nice people and the store is always warm.
