“Brilliant customer service. My partner went and visited, as she didn't know what blade was needed for my friends angle grinder. We are using it to cut large paving stones. Hannah and Lee were brilliant, finding which ones were best suited for the job, and most importantly in stock. She had brought the angle grinder with her to the shop, so could compare. “We ordered a bespoke pent shed from Charltons, which was made perfectly to our specific requirements. It was delivered and installed by Charltons' contractor, exactly as arranged. Our new garden shed is sturdy and well made - much better than anything on offer at DIY stores. Its waterproof ability has certainly been tested by recent heavy rain; all dry inside. The exterior is an attractive colour, not that awful orange we had seen elsewhere. Overall very impressed with the product and the professional installation service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Charltons.”
