Needed some items in a hurry, went to tye Forme depot at 5pm, Sam went above and beyond organising all what I needed from stock and other depots to be ready at 7am the next day. Arrived 6.45am, sam was already there, helped me load my truck and was on site ready by 7am with all items ready to start the day. Cap off to Sam, your a star.
Always helpful, always polite and always efficient. The young lady that dealt with my purchases on the last two visits was exceptional. I've been using Screwfix for eight years and the staff have never failed to be more than merely professional.
The team at the frome branch are always very helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a trades person I'm constantly in and out of screwfix to pick up various items, staff are well informed on items and can advise, Great service, great prices ,and great.opening hours.

What really impressed me was how she went above and beyond; not only did she help me find the right product, but she also updated my account details on the system and provided a membership card, making the whole experience seamless and personal. Excellent range of products, fantastic staff, good prices - what is there not to like? While it's got a slightly different range of products to the likes of Homebase and B&Q, very often they have what I'm looking for (or similar) in stock and ready for instant collection. Easy to use website and walk-in ordering. It's also easier being able to wait at a counter rather than having to walk around a whole store to find a product. I'd highly recommend!

Great for DIY tools and materials. Easy to browse online then order and collect from store, often all within an hour! Therefore if you're doing a job and need a piece of kit in a hurray this is definitely one place to try.
