   Such a bizarre situation where there's a Game in the basement of a sports shop with practically no signage or clue to its existence whatsoever, almost like they don't want any customers (the Sports Direct itself is quite easy to miss). Lived in Bath 6 months before realising there's any other game shop besides Cex! High street chains may be headless private equity chickens but there's a real lack of business sense with this one.

   Since Game have got rid of all the Game Staff, the SPD staff are no where near as good or friendly, go to CeX rather than GAME these days

   Will not be using this store again, went to buy new game went to counter with game, no one there could serve me as they worked for sports direct. What is the point of having a game in store if no one can actually sell you a game

   Simply will never be shopping here again. After buying a game I returned it for a refund due to unexpected boiler repair so I needed to prioritise my money. I returned the game with a receipt still sealed and its packaging unopened. This policy was never explained to me on purchase only once I’ve received my receipt then it’s too late. To be told I would not be offered the cash I paid for it but only points which doesn’t help my boiler repair. you cannot contact this company to discuss this this is the last time we will visit the shop

   Stop hiding Game in basements! Always a great team, I feel for them in these working conditions but branching out to selling more random tat was a good move because I end up buying it.

   Not very easy to find, this GAME outlet is in the basement of Sports Direct. It does, however, still have a good selection of games and consoles and also offers trade-in for older games. I succeeded in buying the latest God of War
