   Toolstation Melksham staff a joy to deal with! This 'home-grown plumber' had a compression coupling to install after cutting and accessing the pipe and removing sludge (caused by unavoidable pooling). After 3 attempts mocking-up with different fittings supplied by branch staff, have now taken the plunge and succeeded! Many thanks

   Popped in today as screwfix didnt have stock of what I wanted. Found what I needed and staff very help specially considering it was 3.55pm on a Sunday. The lady helped me find the product I was looking for and was very accommodating! Will look at coming here first next time. Thank you

   Helpful and friendly. The click and collect service is great, the text is often only a few minutes after you order. Had good Covid-19 measure’s in place but not someone controlling entry and number of customers like screwfix does when I visited both.
