   Ordered an item for collection. Did not get the confirmation email that I said I would. Got an email the next day saying sorry, but go to the store to collect. In store, it wasn't really clear where to go. I found a very helpful member of staff who couldn't action my order because her colleague had the handheld device necessary. In the end, the items were found, and I left. The system needs some refinement, I think.

   The most lifeless, empty and soul less shop i have ever had the misfortune to shop in. 4 self serve tills, 2 staff trying to fix all of them...just open tills...its 2 staff better employed and customers wont dump their shopping in frustration. Never again!

   Good sized shop that sells all of the usual Wilko items. Mixture of self service and staffed tills. Located inside of the Castle shopping centre. Multi-storey car park located at the rear of the shopping centre.

   A great shop with a good range of items that are high quality and very good value. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful and I almost always find what I'm looking for. The quick access to the town centre and cark park is a big bonus. However, it would be nice to have more staffed checkouts open as their version of a self-service checkout is less good than a standard one you'd find in other stores. It would also be nice to see them offer a take-away/meal-deal section as this isn't really something they do at the moment. Overall, it's a great store and I would highly recommended it!

   Saturday 6th August 2022 at 12:30...... Just one manned till in the whole of the shop and a queue as long as long could be...... Firm doesn't deserve to be in business with customer service as poor as this

   I good sized store with a wide selection of departments. There's a bit of everything here. I have used this Wilko to kit out my new home including things to decorate and I've not been disappointed with what I've got. There is currently a large Christmas section which is great for gifts, decorations and Christmas essentials. Parking is free in the adjoining multi storey car park and they have manned tills and self service checkout. The staff are helpful and there is always someone on hand at the self service tills to help if needed.
