   We've been served (and saved!) by Holly twice now - first time when we first moved in to our new house and had no idea what tools we needed for a flush valve replacement, and the second when our pulley light switch gave out. She's been lovely and patient both times, helping me find the right tools to get the job sorted, and added my details to the Screwfix system so my purchases have warranty even if I lose a receipt (more than likely hahah). Will definitely be back when I'm next in DIY trouble!

   Needed help just to measure some pipe so I could purchase some fittings from them , respond was from the girl today 12:28 22/5/2022 , sorry we don’t help measure things here. Don’t know when they stopped being helpful there , as always used to be. Total care less attitude from the staff member. Brown hair tied up.

   Excellent. If I'm trying to fix anything round the home, I'll always try Screwfix first. The counter staff are very knowledgeable and friendly too and if trying to get something sorted but haven't found the solution they will always go the extra mile, no matter how big or small the purchase.
