   Recently introduced carpark restrictions here im not sure what the colord parking bays mean but you still get your free time limited parkin and have blue badge on display i dont understand the signs so check signs for parking information especialy if like me you go somewear enough times its easy not to pay attention to something new unless its in your face Anyway this tool station is good always had majority of the items i go in for wich is mostly common products that are in store i think its only been once i had something orderd in I like the way that they have a shelf of products as you walk in with basics on beeing 1 side has electrical one has plumbing another i think had painting and cant remember the other but does speed things up i went in for insulation tapes and most of them was on the shelf wear i picked them up and took to counter and also the stuff i forget to order and see it there relising i needed one it may just be me but i find it to be the rite product choice on there and i am realy glad for the paper cataloges i fined easier to use then online From experience buisy times the carpark has been full so when i visit its normaly later or mid day so alot quieter

   Excellent products at brilliant prices but on collection the man serving was rude in so much he grunted at you and no please or thank you, was very ignorant, he needs customer service training as manners cost nothing but makes customers feel valued.

   So disappointed with the attitude and customer service of the manager at this store. I brought a belt sander and replacement belts (size as recommended at till point). When it came to replace the belt it was the wrong size. I returned to store to exchange the belt but was turned away because there was a delivery being unloaded. I returned a second time today but was told I could not exchange the sanding belts for the correct size because 30 days had been exceeded. Such a terrible attitude to customer satisfaction. I’ve had to buy replacement belts in the correct size and the belts I couldn’t return will go to landfill. So disappointed.

   Excellent service - great communication especially during the additional safety measures needed due to Covid-19. Ordering online simple with prompt same day collection available from the Bath branch with orders ready for collection before we’ve even had time to drive to pick up! Well done to the staff who have continued to give great service! Definitely 5 stars!
