Popped in to screw fix today as bit tired of amazon dumping my deliveries in the rain outside my door and leaving gate open. I bought some paint and was helped out by Kelly the deputy manager as I struggled with the app. She was very helpful and even offered me a coffee. I'll most definitely return after the great service I received.
Complete waste of time The manager Helen would not serve a 26 year old with a coil of plastic pipe, as you need to be 18 plus to buy it, the same person has been to store on at least a weekly basis for over 2 years Her attitude towards customers is shocking. Worse Screwfix ever been too.

Very busy at 5.15pm. I was blocked in when trying to leave. Never seen it like this. In view of the above, the service was efficient and there were lots of staff on hand. Excellent as ever.
Pretty much everything for trade and DIY market. No order too small and prices are competitive. They have website sales and click and collect, which when coupled with late opening hours, helps a lot especially if you need supplies in a hurry.
Have been using the Team at Thornbury for 5 years now and they are and have been great. Very accommodating and helpful. I'm not sure if them knowing me by my first name is a good thing (my wife would say no, I don't! I think its great). Good business good relationships always looking to go back.
This is a great store and the staff are knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. I had a problem today with an order which had gone through twice; possibly my fault but not sure. The management team of Si & HG were great in getting the issue resolved and arranged a refund while I waited. First class service thank you.
I went to this store for the first time recently. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's so nice to have some banter and it makes me want to go back there in future. It's a bit like Argos where you chose out of the catalogue the product you want, write the number down. Hand over the paper and pay for the item and wait for it to be picked. Suggestion: Check the catalogue to see if it says "next day". This means you can pay for it but they will order it for you to collect the next day. They may not have all the items in stock on that day but this is covered by the catalogue. Love going there, now I know it's there I'll definitely be a returning customer. Quicker than getting to B & Q for me.
