   Fast delivery which was free, item as described at a very attractive price point. ordered 1 chain, 1 2-stroke oil and 1 Stihl SynthPlus chain oil (5 litre) placed order around 1pm and was delivered next day by FedEx I have ordered many time but never got time to do review un till now Would buy from again.    This company has changed hands recently. The old company service was great, and second to none. New owners are rubbish. We purchase 100's of chains a year from Chains Direct as we are tree surgeons. I ordered three small chains today (04/02/21) and paid for them by credit card only to be rang later in the day to be told that the agreed and paid for price was now to be doubled from £5.00 each and is now £10.00 each + postage. Same items are on eBay at around £7.00 each including postage. These people are amateurs in a professional’s world. Avoid and don't waste your time..... or your money.... go to eBay instead....

   I bought secondhand chainsaw and decided to order a new chain. It was difficult to identify the right one, but after checking all the measurements etc, I placed my order. I got it wrong, and the chain was too short. I contacted Chainsdirect to see if they could help. All I can say is that they were completely amazing. Karen emailed me several times with helpful guidance, and questions so that she could resolve my problem. In the end she asked me to send her my old chain (along with the new one) so they could identify the right one. This still proved tricky, so instead of sending me one, they sent me two slightly different length chains to try. They also provided a free post label to return the one I didn't need. Honestly, this is the best service I've ever had from a company, especially as it was me that got it wrong. Fantastic company - I can't recommend them highly enough.
