I called into Tool Station this morning to purchase a replacement flush push button. I took the broken button and the very helpful assistant found a suitable replacement that worked a treat. It was a small purchase but the assistant gave great service that was much appreciated.

I bought my first drill this morning at Highbridge Toolstation and assistant couldn’t have been more helpful! I needed it for making holes in the bottom of some big planters and I’ve done it, so I thought it would be good to tell the assistant Phillip P that the jobs done! Many thanks!!
Needed some items from this branch, staff members were very helpful, especially Ash. I needed to look at items as confused in which ones I required. I had him going back n forth and he didnt mind one bit.
Ordered a socket ,was told not in stock but could be there next day,and would be texted on arrival. did not hear anything next day so went in the afternoon. wasted joujourney as had not arrived.gave it the weekend and no message so tried ringing them after 20 minutes gave up also said could not give me my money back till the ltem arrived.my advice is if its not in stock go somewhere else.
Went into today and was greeted with a good morning by someone called Rose. I had questions about my purchase and she went out of her way to explain to me thoroughly the answers I had asked her, coudn't reccomend shopping here enough due to her and the rest of the staff team I seen during my visit.
Came into this store today and I have to say what fantastic customer service I received!!! Rose was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed very quickly!! she certainly knew the catalogue inside out it was a minefield for me!! She was very friendly and supportive throughout my experience of shopping at toolstation. I will certainly be coming back to this store again just WOW!!!! a fantastic shopping experience I’ll certainly be back :)!!!
New store, the service was EXCELLENT! I had no problems with my order, or the collection, and very fast service. The staff were welcoming and very knowable on the products especially Alec on the counter who made me feel comfortable when I was asking silly questions, a great staff member. It is great to see a new team working so well together. Previous negative review has no relevance to how this new store is being run. I will be using this branch a lot with my electrical business and will recommend to other tradespeople. Thank you.
