One young lad. Serving on a. Saturday afternoon. I got fed up with waiting and went to the next mearest hardware store and was pleased to see 2 people working behind the tills and another person helping out with items. I wasn't impressed with my visit today to screwfix. It used to me my go to shop for hardware. Now, unless I have time spare and. Know I am able to stand in line and wait for ages.
Went in to buy a specialist lightbulb the screw fix website suggested was available. Unfortunately Screw fix Highbridge was out of stock, yet after a little digging the store manager managed to source one in Glastonbury, which we collected today. Both staff members who assisted me were friendly cheerful and professional. Excellent service - thanks.
