   Exceptional customer service ! Brandon has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions to ensure we are happy with our purchase. For me customer service is hugely important and I find now days it’s almost none existent everywhere but I can guarantee you will definitely find it here at Living homes in Weston super mare . We bought a Hypnos bed and mattress in April, the staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble ( how often can you say that ? ) I had lots of queries and issues before delivery and all were dealt with very quickly and I wasn’t ever made to feel like an inconvenience which is a rare treat now days . Upon delivery their drivers were ever so friendly and very respectful of our property . Unfortunately Hypnos had not made our made to order bed properly ,for such an expensive product I expected Hypos to resolve the issue themselves but as a company Hypnos were not interested at all . I reached out to Living homes and Brandon dealt with Hypnos on my behalf on several occasions over a long period of time . Eventually he put me in touch with someone to email , who as able to help me and we finally resolved he situation. That would not have been possible and our bed not changed if it hadn’t been for Brandon being determined in helping us a reach a happy outcome. You simply can’t ask for more than that . There were other issues surrounding this situation and on every one of the many calls I made , not once have I been made to feel like a nuisance. I have only ever been made to feel valued as a customer . That goes such a long way and again is incredibly rare now. A huge thank you to Brandon and the friendly staff at living homes I can’t recommend them enough .

   Recently purchased my new sofa & chair from Living Homes. The whole experience, from browsing in store to purchase being delivered has been fantastic. Staff have been friendly & helpful at every point. I looked around at many places to find what i was looking for, but always kept coming back to Living Homes, and i'm so glad i did. Thoroughly recommend.

   Such great staff. We arrived to the shop and we were met by Linda, what a lovely lady, very helpful. Found what we needed and bought it, sorted delivery day and pick up of old washing machine. 2 very helpful chaps just delivered new washing machine took old one away.    I went this morning to buy a particular sofa however it was too deep for me as i am small. James suggested i look at a different one which would suit my frame better. Fantastic, much better for me. Decided to purchase the sofa along with an accent chair. First Class Service. Nothing too much trouble! Highly recommended

   I wasn't expecting to buy a bed (it was on my to do list!) as was looking at chests of drawers. Took a look upstairs for the chest of drawers and saw this bed. Looked at the entire range but liked the first bed I saw. I was able to move it around with ease - it's on wheels. The sales assistant encouraged me to test the bed as protective covers used and was helpful without being pushy. I've got a Somerset made king size bed with the headboard sold for double size price, and free delivery.
