Very friendly staff that always help you find what you need. Wide selection of products. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Parking space is always available. Quality of produces is really good. Opening times are great, allowing you to get that one thing you need when others are already closed.

Impossible returns process. Evri has lost the returned item (only option available) and now toolstation are claiming no responsibility. Will stick to screwfix in future.
Looked online to check-out the work socks which were available to purchase. I didn't bother with click and collect. I parked the car near the entrance, made a quick purchase then away to go. The Staff were friendly and helpful.
